We wrote our own fairy tale this week!  Here students are illustrating it.  Hopefully we'll have the book published later today.

The fifth graders came to our room and shared their ghost stories!  Thank you 5th grade!

The third graders donated 168 food items to the Servant Leardership Food Drive! Wow, that is a lot of families we helped feed!

Today we used a website called IXL to practice our math skills on the iPads!  Wow these things are sure motivating!

 

Next week we are going to be talking about Fairy Tales and writing our own Fractured Fairy Tale.  Watch this Silly Symphony of The Three Little Pigs from Walt Disney.

What a great Friday!  Thank you to the Hanover and Elizabeth Fire Departments for the demonstrations.  We loved the packets of goodies but the hats were the best thing ever!  We put them on at the end of the day and sent them home!  The fire fighters reminded us that we need to have a meeting place, at least two ways out, and we need to check our smoke detectors!
